There are 8 sensor types (2 for the barrel and 6 for the Endcap). Table 5 shows the 'xx yy' allocation for the sensors.

Originally there were 2 sensor vendors. In addition, if there is any reason for a 2nd iteration or design of a mask then we must record this as well. We will then use '0' from '0123456' as follows:

Each sensor has test device versions, that will not be used in the modules, but used for testing the performance of the sensors and QA. To record this, we would like to use the '1' from '0123456' as follows:

- Miniature (1x1cm2)
- Mini SS (1x2.6 cm2)
- Mini LS (1x5cm2)
- Diode (MD8)
- ATLAS Test Chip
- Wire Bond Test Structure
- Halfmoon
